A VW Bus Boho Family Shootout with the Hawaii Military Spouse Photographers group

Last weekend was a whirlwind. My husband got called into work in the wee hours of Saturday morning. I powered through downtown Honolulu traffic in a large pickup truck and then braved the insane crowds at the T Rex World with two kids. All the while I was hustling to find a last minute sitter for the VW Bus Boho Family shootout Saturday evening (my first ever shootout). Everything worked out, and I rushed to Bellows to meet up with this group of lovely ladies from HMSP for an awesome shoot organized and styled by Kat Parker Photography and Sharleen Mey Photography. The old VW bus, the outfits (mom's dress by Free People and kid's outfits by Hipsterlittles), the props, and even the beautiful back light that shone through - everything was a photographer's dream! I had so much fun with this group of ladies - can we do this every weekend, please? I had the hardest time culling images from this session, so I included a ton of them here in this post.
