We're having a baby! | Kailua Photographer

When one of my best friends told me the great news that she was expecting, I was thrilled! She is such a caring, thoughtful and creative person, among many other things. Her and her husband are going to make great parents! Look at that adorable 10 week baby bump!

I took a red-eye from Hawaii to LA and got picked up by Matt at 5 in the morning. After a good coffee and arriving to their house to decompress a bit, we got ready for our morning shoot. We zipped over to the grocery store and filled up these giant heart balloons from Party Haus. Seriously, those things are so tricky to fill up with helium. Since they wouldn't fit in the car, Audrey and I drove to the LACMA while Matt walked happily with the heart balloons to meet us. We had a fun morning celebrating this little bean (we didn't know the gender yet) and hanging out in and around the light installation. 

Fast forward a few months, and Matt and Audrey are in Hawaii for a baby moon. So of course, we took a few maternity shots at the beach! We got a Haku from the local florist and voila! Isn't that the most beautiful bump? And, now we know there is a sweet little boy in there who is already so loved by so many!
