Ojai maternity session | Travel Lifestyle Photographer

Last month a few ladies took a road trip to Ojai to celebrate our dear friend and her sweet baby girl who will be arriving in September. Ojai was a quick train and car ride up from San Diego and I definitely recommend it for a girls trip or even a couples getaway. We stayed at the Caravan Outpost and explored all the cute little shops and restaurants in town. The first night we were there we got some appetizers at Tipple and Ramble (check out their cute patio in the picture below) and were tipped off to the beautiful orange groves down the road where we took more photos of my sweet friend. 

I seriously get so excited every time I get to photograph people, and this particular session was even more meaningful as Audrey and I have been friends since college well over a decade ago and that little lady in her belly is my goddaughter (eeeekomgsoexciting!). Our friendship has celebrated moves, engagements, weddings, cross-country visits, and more recently, babies. Fact: She drove down to San Diego the night I was in labor with Kaitlin and was the first friend to hold her! I photographed her when she was pregnant with her first, and also have done a few more sessions for their family like their pregnancy announcement and a beach outing! 

Audrey is for real the most generous and sweet friend, and this little gal is so lucky to have her as a mom. I cannot wait to meet you baby girl and godmother the crap out of you! You are already so loved!
